My family scheduled a house (vacation rental) for 4th of July weekend. When we arrived there was another family already staying in the house we had rented, they double-booked the house. Ouray Realty moved us to a small condo that had dirty towels, dirty dishes, dirty linens, and no toilet paper. Worst part is they didn't care, I would never recommend using this service.
