I have always enjoyed staying here. Nothing fancy but comfortable. I have brought friends and family here. I will no longer be staying at TP ever. After using the facility, for #1, flushing the water began to rise including feces. When called to inform management we were told there's a plunger in the laundry room we were also asked to turn the water off ourselves, In a poop flooded bathroom Ryan, the owner, informed us that we should not use so much paper. ( Never asking what happened. ) No sir, this is not going to happen. We were treated poorly with no consideration for the situation. Requested a new room and we were moved.
Really enjoyed our stay here. Being they are dog friendly was a huge plus. Their onsite hot springs were great after our off roading days. Continental breakfast is decent, would like to have seen a bit more variety but overall has a decent selection. Beds are very comfortable and the area was very quiet. We would easily stay here again.
This hotel was better than expected. We were here in the off season, so not sure what the hot springs pools are like in the summer, but we thoroughly enjoyed them. The rooms were well maintained for an older hotel. The breakfast was mediocre and would be my only complaint.
My wife and I have chosen this place as the best hot springs and motel in Ouray. Amazing hot breakfast, superb staff and did I mention 24 hour access to both indoor and outdoor hot springs and heated pool? Seriously, love this place and can't recommend it enough!
My wife and I visited to use the hot springs for the day. The two springs tubs were nice and the outdoor pool was enjoyable as well. I would give a 5 star review if there were a better changing room (we had to use the bathroom in the small fitness center since we didn't book a room) and if the indoor hot springs tub were in better condition (some of the tiles on the sides of the tub were starting to peel off, which didn't affect the relaxation at all but it didn't look as nice as it could have). Otherwise, everything was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
