Very cool hike. This waterfall is amazing to see up close as it surges through the cliffs. We hiked down low at the bottom and then hiked to the top and crossed the bridge over the falls. This was our first time in Ouray and this hike was definitely a highlight.
Beautiful views. The hike can be strenuous because of the altitude, but worth it. The spring time is great when the falls are running high.
Beautiful place, a very short trail of less than a mile. There are stairs to the fall and a bridge over the river. A tunnel and pathways on the side of the mountain. Lots of chipmunks, some squirrels, and we could identify some bluebird and sparrows! It well worth the $4 ticket.
Awesome little hike. Very easy path to falls.
Quick & easily accessible for all age groups. Good to visit for the first time, nothing great ro keep coming back. Great staff at the ticket center, helpful and knowledgeable.
